Just when I think people have reached the top of what the human body can do people like you go and do **** like this. Well done, you will inspire a lot of us when we feel the wall is to thick. Hats off and thank you.

What has recovery been like? Are you feeling like you're back to 'normal' training load response post ride?

On Sunday I did feel OK.  Ribs and neck were sore but legs OK.

Yesterday the legs had a serious case of DOMS.  Battle to walk up stairs and the little one did not get a chance to sit on dad's lap.   ^_^

Sat on the rollers last night for 30min and just spun the legs.

Today is OK and I am planning to go out as per normal today.

Repertory wise I can feel I took a nock.  The feeling you get juuuuuuust before a cold.....

Voice is groggy as well.

Hopefully this will pass in a day or two with enough rest.

Otherwise feeling good.

This is typically how I feel after a 300/400 km Audax Spidey. Which is what you have done, but with a HUUUGE amount of climbing!!

Congrats!!! I'm happy to hear you were able to manage with a standard crank and a 11-25 ratio. I love climbing and aim to everest in the winter/autumn season.

This is very inspiring. Thanks
