For some reason I’ve never liked him

The whole thing just smacks of entitlement. And who signs a message "sir Mo" .And what's he doing with all those different currencies....[emoji382][emoji381]

@ Lexx & Jewbacca, How is the training going for Mac Mac 100miler?

What does your average week of peak training look like?

I had to cancel my Mac Mac 100 miler because I broke 2 bones in my foot end of Dec, and was out for almost 3 months. I'm only now starting to train consistently again. So I decided to rather skip it this year..

I'm going well thanks..

Ran Oceans on Saturday, surfed for 4 hours Sunday, ran 16km up the mountain Monday, Easy 8km trail under load Tuesday. Easy Green belt ride Thursday and again This morning and Riding the Swartberg Cheese Fondue tomorrow.

The plan is a 12 hour hike/run on Sunday, then an 'easy' week. Waves all week so will juggle 10-15km trail hike/runs with surfing.

4 weeks to go so I'm concentrating on making sure my kit all works, I'm comfortable moving fully loaded and happy re food and hydration.

Trying not to get sick too!

What a pity. It looks like it's going to be amazing

Dude.. You're smashing 32's on the weekend... Why not just carry on with the training and just run it to enjoy it slowly... Or is it soon?
