So I am still having trouble with Strava logging my indoor workouts - it seems like whenever the GPS signal is week - my workout time gets cut out... my workouts always end up losing about 30-90% in the "duration" of the workout...

 

and I am losing disco points because of this

 

What are others using to track indoor workouts?

What apps are others using to track indoor workouts?

 

use my garmin with spd sensor & HR monitor 

 

suppose any app with HR monitor can be used to upload, then effort will be based on HR & time

 I have used trava with both my apple watch as well as with a wahoo heart rate strap...

problem is that strava cuts down my workout times when it loses GPS signal...

try Endomondo with ANT+ HRM, and then upload the GPX file to Strava. You can choose indoor workout so the GPS should not affect any data

My ride from yesterday & this morning were uploaded via Garmin & have popped up on Strava.Vitality is showing Garmin's last exercise was this morning, but aren't showing as points yet.

Disconnecting & re-linking Garmin & Vitality worked.

6000 point suddenly appeared.

Anyone received their CSA membership for Team Vitality yet?

 

Doing first race next week, probably they will not be to strict this early in the year. but you never know.

Yes, i got the email from CSA yesterday, saying had been registered under team Vitality.

I got an email the week before christmas saying that if you achieve your goal in the week 19-25 December you would get a free ice-cream (or you could make a donation of some sort) in addition to the normal smoothie active reward. 

Did anyone actually get their free ice-cream?  :blush:

Was a free ice cream or donate a teddy bear.  I got the sms and chose to donate a teddy bear.

 

The sms reply after making my option. "Vitality Active Rewards: You've opted to donate a teddy bear to a child in need (thank you!). We will make this donation on your behalf in January 2016."

Latent blue. Just log a workout with the built in workout app under other activity. I use this when I play footie. Doesn't give me distance but monitors heart rate so I get points.

As a single member I should hit 39000 tomorrow after a visit to the nurse at the pharmacy. As easy to get to gold as always, and I've not even started logging workouts!
