My google-fu is letting me down :(

A little while ago, someone posted a link to the page on the discovery site that showed how many points you had earned for each category and now I can't find it (neither the link nor the page). Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Discovery Health is taking over (read taking control back of) Vitality.

Vitality used to be owned by BodyiQ, which was sold several times over in the years, and eventually bought out by Virgin (active) last year.

It appears that Discovery is not happy with the service and is in the process of doing their own thing...

You can expect LOTS of new stuff in 2015

This information is absolutely untrue. Oh brother

Hi guys

I need two more members on my vitality team. Anyone prepared to join me?

I make my goals every week.

Sure + likewise!

Also looking for one or two others to join my team...

So with Discovery's new method of fitness assessment I have gone from above average fitness to below average :(

They use the ramp up method on the Wattbike and reduce your workout to 80% of max heart rate as calculated by them which for me is 171*80% =137

My problem is that my max heart rate when training hard goes up to 186.

So I hardly get going and not even breathing hard so I can still have a normal conversation and thats the end of the test.

Discovery are doing a fine job of reducing points earned.

On the roundabout, it's easier for you (and me, who has an even greater "problem" than 186...) to reach the 70 or 80% thresholds, which are calculated on the same base... Just saying.

So you either have to be really young or really really fresh.
