If the route has more mountaintop finishes I would have Barguil as the main guy, else you have a repeat of the Froome/Wiggins situation.Could very well as they might add in a couple of years the some small print as for the combativity classification must hold a French passport in order to be able to win

Fark sakes, firstly; De Gendt was in way more breaks, and secondly, Barguil already gets the Polka Dot jersey. But, ya, the French. What did one expect. As one friend of mine said, Paris would have been one of the nicest cities on earth to live in if it was not for the Frenchies in it.
