The PPA seeding says it's included my Bouckaert result but it hasn't changed my PPA seeding one fraction - still in M. Bah - maybe they think I'm a wheelsucker?

EDIT - just read the rules and I need three funride events in the last year to be seeded so I guess M for Move it is!

Very.

If I look on pedalpower.org.za seeding, I find my seeding has been adjusted to use the Bouckaert results (my best). If I look at cycleevents.co.za seeding, I see my old seeding (as it was before the race from last weekend) and this is what the 99er use.

The result is a big difference in my PPA group and 99er starting group.

If you feel very strongly about this I'm sure you can contact the organisers/PPA to query your seeding. I don't think it is set in stone.

I'm not sure I'd class inflicting that amount of pain as a good deed

watchu mean it didn't cut it?

what did you have for breakfast at prior to SCT?

Dates and nuts, biltong, baked potatoes, date and nut bars (racefood makes some super yummy bars). all good on the bike chow.

banana every hour, also bottle of water per hour , preferably with some mild energy (game/energade) in it.  So if you aiming for 4 hours, you will need to stop at least once at waterstation to fill up your 2 bottles.

After vissershok and finish you will cramp, you will never want todo it again.  .. this is normal. (well, for me)
