I want a bike with suspension so I can ride off big rocks.

I have an awesome steel roadie, and a very nice steel ss (soon with front suspensions.)

Oh wow... To ponder the perfect fleet! Obviously this changes with some updates that go out to bikes in design changes with each new year, but for now my perfect fleet would have to look at the various disciplines of riding I enjoy and imagining a full compliment to cover all.

The most used would probably be the do it all trial bike I would play on and even commute on:

For road riding it would be:

To get any time trial jollies sorted it would be:

Some fatbike madness would be done on this:

Any gravel or endurance based off road would be on this prototype:

Everyone needs a jump bike!

Seeing as it can include whatever I fancy I would simply cruise around on this:

Simply waste time just looking at this!

Make sure I got hold of an old classic:

Would not know what to do with 5 bikes. Just one roadie and gravel bike

You dont have to do anything with them. Just look at them and love them.

So I was sitting and fantasizing (as I do at times) about my perfect fleet of bikes. Most of us are left with the situation where we have to use one bike for many purposes eg: we buy a trail bike which we use for XC, stage races, and trail riding, simply because bikes are expensive, and we would rather have one very good bike than many average ones. But if money was not an issue, and you could have any 5 bikes in the world, what would they be? And what would you use them for?

I'll go first:

1. Specialized Epic - XC and Stage Races

2. Specialized Stumpjumper 650B+ - Fun/Trail Bike

3. YT Industries Capra CF or Specialized Enduro - Enduro

4. Custom Built Titanium Gravel Grinder/Touring Bike

5. Canyon Dude Fat Bike - Just for fun

I'm a bit of a Specialized Fan Boy... Please don't hate me  :whistling:

And I think proof of the fact that there is something seriously wrong with me (and I'm guessing most of you) is that I got to 5 and thought, "this is not enough" haha.  :ph34r:

Oh Man i like your choices.

Also a Spez Fan boy. I have owned an Epic Sworks 29, currently have a Stumpy 29er and am buying a new Roubaix (when they can ship it to me) and have sold my Enduro.

Lynskey for the gravel grinder. Disc with DI2 groupset.

And add the Specialized S Works Levo 6 Fattie for the electric bike that you are going to buy when you are older. . Just for sh*ts and giggles.

My dad got a Levo 6 Fattie, so much fun! Get to the top of Jonkers climbs in half the time and then have a ton of energy left for the descent!

S-works Epic for the odd stage race I do;

Cotic Simple for SS fun;

Niner RLT for gravel grinding and some bike packing;

Colnago C59 with Super Record for the odd road race I do;

Eddy Merckx MX-Leader for some retro steel comfort.
