Pricing Advice - Selling a GT Peace

Andrew Steer

Recommended Posts

If I didn't just buy a bakkie load of diapers I would have been on this like a fat kid on a cupcake. But alas. The wide doesn't understand that I need a peace, a pike, some bling plastic wheels and a new bakkie. And that we don't really need to buy a house.

Don't sell the Peace. Kapish?

Hope your wife doesnt mind being called the wide....

If you need inspiration to keep it, I'll stick you to a Bogus Design paint-job for your frame.

Maybe if it looks better you won't want to sell it.

Haha... you guys aren't helping. I have a very capable EMD Niner for when I do get back in the saddle again. That too is gathering dust... not really what EMD is meant to imply I am sure

Then I suppose the R2500 I paid for mine 6 months ago was a bargain...

Too generous you are... would have to graciously decline though.

You guys are making this pretty clear though, so I will be holding on to the lovely lady for now

Oupa barely ever started...

Very chirpy for a man who's just fresh back from a very long sabbatical...

Are you so angry because your wife rides away from you? Or is it because you weren't hugged enough as a child

get reusables nappies...the savings over 2/3 years will get you the peace. you just gotta pay for them upfront!

I'm with the majority here... Don't.

I have had a Niner Sir9 frame sitting in my spare room for over a year collecting dust but I just cannot bring myself to sell it even though it could fetch a couple of bob.

I just know I will weep the day I have to hand it over to anyone else.

Keep it.... ride it... give it some love.

If you ever wanna sell   :whistling:

So she's back up for grabs folks... Will be using the funds to upgrade my Niner EMD to a Sir 9, so that's sure to soften the blow

Just a question. Everyone is referring to the bike as a classic.

What makes it classic?
