Chap was leading the under 23 race when he went off track during a descent and got marking tape melted onto his rear rotor. Lost lots of time riding with no rear brake to the pits and getting a new rear wheel. Ended up in the 30's. All that aside, he looks like he might just set the under 23 field alight. One to watch for the future.
