Surprised Dr Jeroen didn't send him that Cadence Nutritional chart and advice on how to fuel correctly for a marathon pomp like that.

I am more concerned that in three minutes, only gained 3 minutes elevation, maybe was standing at the time.

Assuming he has friends with outbursts like that  :excl:

Naaaahhh dude....LOL :-)  I don't do strava, why pay yearly fee if its all free on Garmin Connect???

Not using strava to show riding buddies who is the fastest.....just my opinion!!!

You do know that most of the strava features are free right?

Yes I'm aware of that sir.....but for premium features you need to pay which Garmin Connect gives you for free.

Then why you want to use strava?

I use both, but in my opinion, there are a couple of features strava does better, e.g. Segments

And drawing maps - it gives you the 'cyclist' friendlier routes, that probably what I just most on Strava - planning my rides.

I'm aware of that.

Why ride segments? To see if you are faster than your buddies or measuring your own training by doing a hill and see if you are getting better?

If that's the case then I forgive you

You paid your fees when you bought your Garmin
