Your continuous typical "if you don`t like it just leave" whining is very tedious. I would leave if I lived in CPT.

Is that the best reply you have?

edit:, Just remembered this piece of wisdom :Never argue with a fool, he'll just drag you down to his level and beat you with his vast experience"

OMG, even when someone moans about your whining, you reply with a whine. FFS debby downer, sometimes life is ***, doesnt mean you stay in bed all day.

Harden up sunshine.

Except when you are having a *** day and need to rant at something.

How about moving guys at all the shooting ranges to practice at all the mugging hotspots?

I'll sponsor R10k for the first panga-carrying-moving-target to fall....

I agree, it's hell on earth down here, every day is pure torture just hanging on for survival.

Please never ever consider living here or even visiting, you are guaranteed to be robbed and/or murdered if you do not die from thirst (unless the hub mob find you first...)

Your negativity and continuous whining towards anything Cape Town / DA related is becoming tedious. Why don't you just pack up and bugger off to where things are not so bad...... :cursing:

Sometimes it;s easier to look at another persons problems and highlight them, than look at your own . . . ;-)

My words seem so inadequate for what must have been a horrible experience but I hope that your bruises heal and that your bikes are recovered.

Very unpleasant thing to go through.

Sorry to hear about the attack and happy noone was seriously hurt. Hope the lead on the Bianchi yields a speedy return of a loved bike.

May we all be vigilant of the danger but keep our eyes firmly on the goal which is the sheer enjoyment of riding our bikes.

It saddened me to read of this attack. It saddens me because my bicycle has always been my means of escape from the realities of life. It’s my  “tablet for depression”, my “magic bullet”, a way to let go of what’s happening in life for a few hours and just experience the freedom that riding a bicycle allows you.

This now is also being taken away from us because forethought and planning now needs to go into how, when and where you can ride your bike. The days where you can simply hop on your bike and disappear for a while are fast coming to an end. How terribly sad for us and for SA.

All the best to the guys attacked, I hope you all make full recoveries and that this doesn’t stop you from enjoying your sport although I know a simple training ride will never be the same again.
