Which one is better after a hard ride, a Red Bull, a Coke or Monster Energy drink?

 

I must say, I cannot stomach Red Bull or Monster Energy drinks and prefer a coke or even better, an ice cold beer or two or three after a long hot ride...

 

I see all the Red Bull sponsored riders drinking a Red Bull after a hard effort and don't see any Coke or Monster Energy sponsored riders

 

You should know that Red Bull / Monster do send their athletes water in Red Bull / Moster labeled cans.
