Anybody with a broken wheel off trainer ?

Ā

It could be handy for a bike-fit test rig ....

Ā

bump ....

Ā

According to the IDT threads there are many broken trainers, i.e. blown electronics, that cant be fixed.Ā  One of these, with the option for a thru axle, would be ideal to mount a bike for a basic bike fit session.

Ā

If you have a broken one that is in your way .... it would make a nice doner part for some experimenting ....

Anyone maybe have some used/old Time Espresso cleats lying around?

Broke my left one this morning ... and they not even that old šŸ™„Ā

YouĀ mightĀ be able to get them off Temu / Aliexpress. I seem to recall there being a Chinese knock off of the Time espresso pedals floating around that takes the same cleats.Ā

If they can work for you, they're free

I am looking for a broken wheel-off-trainer.

Ā

Broken electronics .... noisy bearings .... these would be perfect doners for a nice experiment.

I know @TVS CyclesĀ had a few broken ones a while back, but I am sure he would want something for them.
