Im going to get rid of a few bib shorts - used of course. Is there a charitable spot in Jhb I can drop them at, or do I advertise them here for give away?

Gravel can be tough on repurposed road components!
Anyone have or know where I can source this cover plate / name plate thing for R8020 LH lever?

Solomon's Woodmead had a charity bin.  I haven't used it for a while so check with them if still active.

Good day hubber

I'm searching for a triple chainring front derailleur, no band, for a old road bike but I'm sure as everyone knows they are hard to find.  I hope someone has one lying around and willing to sell.

Thanks in advance.

Will a Clamp-on MTB FD work for you?  I'm sure I have a SRAM X9 FD lying in a box somewhere.....

Play it Forward has a donation box at Saint Stithians College (outside the Sports Republic shop at the astros) Randburg, or at Pirates Rugby Club, Greenside.  They will redistribute cycling kit/equipment to an appropriate recipient, as they collect all used sports equipment not just bike related items.

Old School Giant branded, but possibly Hope, hydraulic brakes. Fully functional and has decent pads in. Free to someone that can collect. Unfortunately this time of year I don't have time to get to Postnet etc...

Hi Everyone

I have a perfectly functional set of Avid Elixir brakes that is missing the mounting bracket for the one lever/master cylinder. I literally just need 1 bracket as per the pic below. New I can only get the matchmaker version as a pair, which cost the same as a basic full set of Shimano disc brakes.

So does anyone have a single bracket lying around? Maybe someone who went to a matchmaker and has the original lying around? Happy to pay for it, just need to find someone who has one.

did you find what you need?

I have a set you can have.
