Apparently the larger gear as seen on the 1x12 SRAM is a direct relation to people riding 29'ers #JustSaying remember back in 2007 I think it was. Shimano launched Shadow tech on XT M770 before they launched it on XTR M970. Could Be a similar thing here too? I mean surely we would of seen the prototypes on the Pros bikes at the world cup already by now for testing and proving? I mean Nino has a Sram e-tap rear mech on his spark? And we know that ain't out to the public yet.

SwissVan Posted May 23, 2018 Posted May 23, 2018 I'm not even sure handlebar clutter can qualify since standards such as matchmaker and I-spec came out. ????I suppose it depends on how much space you start with on your bars. I like narrow riser bars, this combo does not leave a lot of space for levers and computers, Plus I need space for my anti bear ???? wolf ???? and pedestrian ????♀️ device
