I'm asked to reply to the email to communicate with them:Reply-To: info@upstart.co.zaFrom: Bike Hub <noreply@bikehub.co.za> What is the story here - did Carinus & co hack the mail server, or paid for the email run, are Upstart = BikeHub , or did they got permission to send us messages by email? They've used the Email facility on Stolen Bike listing pages to email you (and many others who have listed stolen bikes) and this is why it originates from our server. This feature is intended for people to get in touch with information about a stolen bike, not send you unsolicited spam. This violates our T&Cs and is simply unacceptable. dirtypot Posted December 7, 2018 Share I got one the other day too, and have previously as well. But I've never listed a stolen bike. EDIT - mine was actually a PM. I've just reported it so there's a trace to Admin. Although I see I can't reply to the message, so I'm guessing it's already been sorted out.
