Rouxenator Posted June 28, 2019 Posted June 28, 2019 So your one way commute is 33km long? Elevation? My typical ride to work is through town, 11km and 220m climb. The ride back varies, usually 20+km via the trails, 24km and 650m climb.

Albatross Posted June 28, 2019 Posted June 28, 2019 No commutes for me next week as I'm attending training the whole week, so I'll probably be back on page 2 of the leader board very soon
Zub Posted July 9, 2019 Posted July 9, 2019 Hit 4000 km this week cat-i making up some serious ground. Will knock 3rd and 2nd off podium soooon...
Rouxenator Posted July 9, 2019 Posted July 9, 2019 Had my first ride to work today since June. On rainy days it's just so easy to opt for something with wipers and heated seats
Hairy Posted July 9, 2019 Posted July 9, 2019 We just moved office ..... and it is around 1 - 1.5km further for a one way trip... so hoping this will have a positive impact over the remainder of the year .... small gains and all!!!!
I FLY Posted July 9, 2019 Posted July 9, 2019 Managed 4 rides this month - total of 82 kms - of which 55kms would be regarded as commutes. Slow comeback after been hit by a car on 21 May.

Imploder Posted July 9, 2019 Author Posted July 9, 2019 I do come back to this thread almost daily with a certain level of "home sickness" We could have added 4K easy to that total had we had you riding. We miss you too!
wildwindfr Posted July 9, 2019 Posted July 9, 2019 Awesome miles done. Could have been up by another 700km if I wasnt sick twice this year. Hoping to stay healthy the rest of the year. The last 2 weeks were good riding I am feeling strong again. Took almost a month to get back in the groove! Hopefully I will get to 3000km this week.
Long Wheel Base Posted July 10, 2019 Posted July 10, 2019 I love my kids but flip I wish they would stop making me sick. My oldest brings every bug known to man home from school. I have never had so many colds in 34 years as I have in the last 2 years he has been at school. It has really put a damper on my cycling.
