piotter Posted October 25, 2019 Posted October 25, 2019 (edited) Here's a thought, you eat what you want, I'll eat what I want, everyone else will eat what they want and we can all go out enjoy our bikes without telling each other what to eat.One thing I can guarantee though, turning vegan or watching some stupid propaganda movie ain't going to help me one bit with being my own bike mechanic. My brother (17) went full vegan 7 months ago and got significant results with his cycling.His dissipline is only road. He encouraged me to do the same so I'm also vegan but only for 2 week so far. Id like you guys to go watch this movie on Netflix it's called 'The Game Changer'. The movie is really an eye opener and gives you a greater understanding about veganism. He schemes that if a non vegan likes it....his nazis will too. I am obviously the master of being honest and giving opinions haha. But he appreciates it I think. But they also specialise in "comfort" food...nothing "healthy about it" haha. They're just cool metal heads who happen to be vegan.
