Here's a thought, you eat what you want, I'll eat what I want, everyone else will eat what they want and we can all go out enjoy our bikes without telling each other what to eat.

One thing I can guarantee though, turning vegan or watching some stupid propaganda movie ain't going to help me one bit with being my own bike mechanic.

My brother (17) went full vegan 7 months ago and got significant results with his cycling. His dissipline is only road. He encouraged me to do the same so I'm also vegan but only for 2 week so far. Id like you guys to go watch this movie on Netflix it's called 'The Game Changer'. The movie is really an eye opener and gives you a greater understanding about veganism.

OT, but one of my good friends owns a well known vegan cafe in CT and I get to try all his new food before it goes on the menu. He schemes that if a non vegan likes it....his nazis will too. I am obviously the master of being honest and giving opinions haha. But he appreciates it I think. He takes it just as well as he gives it though.

I wasn't telling anyone to eat what to eat and what to do. Dude chill. I get this reaction a lot and you probably think I'm better than you but I don't think so. It's just a simple diet choice. Eat meat if you if you want to eat meat.

no, but thats a good'n too. this one is in woodstock and they have one in uitsig constantia too. But they also specialise in "comfort" food...nothing "healthy about it" haha. They're just cool metal heads who happen to be vegan. They don't care much for all the militant veganism bs. hellsometime I go order real food next door and eat it in his store...he doesnt mind lol
