This is starting hellova late (on SS at least)They (Europe) turn the clocks back on the last Saturday of October, and then forward again on the last Saturday of March, so that means the time is effective from the Sunday morning. Going to sleep in a Saturday night (in March) and getting 1 hour less sleep - an 08:00 meetup on Sunday would've have been 09:00 the day before.
