It's off for now. There are updates still in progress in the background.

The mobile site should be far more useable compared to the old one.

Hi Nick

Any idea of when the "background updates" will be done ?

@Nick

I tried using the search function, and it’s not returning anything for specific words I know exist.

it seems to be working for recent posts, so is it safe to assume that it needs to index old posts?

Same on this side ...

Looking for threads on bike racks on hatch backs ... I KNOW these exist !!

Search via the forum does not help.  Ended up searching via Google to find ONE of the threads on the Hub  (still not the threads I was looking for though ...)

O-well, guess we need to go ride and log back in once the updates are done. ????

Best case, in the early hours of tomorrow morning. More likely, late on Thursday or even Friday sometime. It's 12 years of data.

But things will continue to improve as it progresses.

Click forums at the top left, opens a list of all forum topic headings, then located off topics bottom right.... seems you now have to do a lot of click, click, click to navigate

I can't update my email address. I click on update Email Address after editing and it reverts back to the original address.

search never worked properly on thehub, I can only hope that after the updates have done their thing that it works this time around.

B.T.W. starting to like the new update. Somethings will take getting used to, but its like the forum has been brought into 2021.

So any chance you will implement a dark theme along with these upgrades? :)

Its pretty jarring going from my all dark themed desktop to suddenly burning my eyes out on the all white background...

The 90's called and asked if they can have their colour scheme back ????

Yeah, I like to see if there has been any discussions by scanning the little bar on the right, now that is gone, oh well.

It seems that CNTRL + Click on a topic from the main page does not open a new tab, it opens in the same tab. From a discussion page it opens a new tab. Working from Windows 10 and Chrome
