Sent them a mail they ended up refunding me.
Thomo Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 Looked very much like they were just offloading stock. (I could be wrong) Secured a couple of small necessities without issue. Possible that systems weren't working optimally resulting orders not being fulfilled. If all else fails, hopefully refunds will at least be issued promptly.

Some things weren't in stock, and I got refunded, and the other stuff was delivered in a few days. Strangely they then sent me an email asking me to review the stuff I bought, included the stuff that was refunded.

And now radio silence when emailing "get@cyced.co.za", which is the only email address I could find. Does anyone have a different email address or contact number? Needless to say, won't ever be doing business with them again once this debacle is sorted out.
