Just a reminder that such treatments are banned by WADA - https://www.wada-ama.org/sites/default/files/resources/files/intravenous_infusions_v5.0_jan2018_en.pdf.

"Intravenous infusions are prohibited both in-competition and out-of-competition if the volume delivered exceeds 100 ml within a 12-hour period."

 

Generally when stuff is banned it's for good reason. I'd like to think that WADA wouldn't be banning things that were good for the health of the general population.
