I've heard by a couple of people now that if I turn up at the expo then they'll sort an entry for me, how true is this? Otherwise I'm willing to buy someone's entry and ride under their race number etc. Anyone done it this way? Thanks for any advice. But as far as I understand, subs will be done only at the Expo, so there is a chance you might still get a late entry, as they are not fully subscribed. Not at CTCT, but I was at a race in the UK many years ago where a guy competing under someone elses name and number had an accident and nearly died receiving the wrong blood and care based on the emergency information provided.
