I first went to the lady that was scanning, told her I did not bring my chip but that I have on on my bike, she sent me to the chip collections desk (She probably misunderstood and thought I didn't have a chip at all), where they told me if I already have one it's fine I can just show the lady my confirmation email and go through. So I went back and explained that to the lady and she didn't even look at my email and let me in.

My index from 99er last year was 22.98 and landed me in @ for CTCT.

My index from 99er this year was 23.49 and landed me in 1A for CTCT this year.

I had the same beta to the winner for both 99er events. (26min).

I am not upset, 1A will definitely be too much for me up to hospital bend and don’t want to wait 5 min for the next group, likely to aim for 1c/1d where I’ve had my most enjoyable CTCTs.

What time you looking at riding from 1B or 1C?

It’s my 10th CTCT on Sunday, I’m hoping it’ll be a sub 3 for the occasion. Weather is looking fast.
