Irvin85 Posted November 7, 2024 Posted November 7, 2024 That is very interesting. What do you guys think his chances are on the road and what kind of rider he will be, does he have GC ambitions in a GT? I hoped that he would rather cement his legacy on the dirt and maybe add a couple of Epic titles to his trophy cabinet.  LukeLan 1
Headshot Posted November 7, 2024 Posted November 7, 2024 Going to be very interesting to see how AH does. What kind of team has he joined - top tier or not?  I wonder how many XCO races he will be at...

This is not a step away froM Mtb but adding road with a view to reevaluate at the end of 2026. He still Wants that Olympic XCO gold medal….

The view is too transition to more road in 2025 and then select key races that allow the best chance of selection for the 2026 TDF team . Might even get selected in 2025 but he will still be racing XCO next year tooÂ

'Dale Posted November 7, 2024 Posted November 7, 2024 (edited) Alan doing a Pidcock or Wout or van der Poel move, straddling multidisciplinary codes in professional cycling. What a cool strategy in career management. Â Edited November 7, 2024 by 'Dale DieselnDust, Vishal72, Underachiever and 3 others 6
