ok I made that phrase up, but there is a grand tour starting this weekend and ZERO chat about it.

Roglic, is king at this race

Kuss would love to back up his win to prove it wasn't a fluke, or a gift from his two team leaders.

here are the current odds, long time since a spanish champ

I would love to see Roglic stay upright for 3 weeks...

But i dunno hey 🤔

Unlikely. But, tbf, none of the recent crashes were of his own doing/ineptitude. He just got caught in the middle.

Ineos Rodriguez not even in the odds?

He's also at 23/1 with Carapaz actually.

Haven't got full confirmed start list yet, but currently no South Africans on the line. Wonder when last that happened at a grand tour

incorrect, De Bod rode for EF.

Buuuuuut, my own curiosity got me to playing around on PCS

no one rode Vuelta last year. and no Giro for 21/22.

there was a streak from 2015 tour of 17 straight GTs with a ZAF rider, total of 55 starts for an average of 3 per edition.

I forgot about Dad bod completely. So we have 3 Pro Tour riders at the moment. That 2015 period was it part of the MTN Q team?

Fatigued!

I've done (read: watched) the spring classics, cobbled classics, ardennes, il Giro, Le Tour as well as the Olympics. So, I'm going to listen to the coach (aka minister of home affairs) and take a break (eye-ball rest). That way I  can come back (well rested and) strong for the World Champs and the final Monument later this year. 😊😁🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Wot about Vroomie (serious question) he needs a GT swan song

that is not a serious question. Froome needs to wake up and smell the coffee, call time and go with whatever dignity he has left.

The '22 Vuelta can be his swansong, he finished in 100 and something place over 4hrs behind Remco.
