Check out 4iii.

I was going to suggest the same, but see that they no longer distribute in SA.
They had a big sale last month. Now I know why...

Maybe still available in bike shops though...
(Bike Addict lists them, but we know that they order from the distributor when you place your order)

…also if money isn’t an issue, you could try an older tried and tested unit. It goes by the name EPO! Plenty power,  checkout Lance I tookAlot as reference. Just saying, you can skip the meter and go by CC ( crazy cadence) 🤫

Assiomas. Buy direct from Favero in Italy. Much cheaper than local suppliers R14k for mx2s incl duties. Delivered in a week.

Cheaper than two seperate spider or crank based options for both bikes and you don't have the issue of always wondering which one is slighty out of calibration or is the legs. One source of truth. Easy to switch over pedals.

If you want to be super aero on your road bike you can go all out and have two pedal bodies even, but thats a bit more of a hastle, just ride 2 bolt cleats and be done.

Mmmh I still have the 4iiii left arm that I ran on my SL7 before I put the cybrei crank with the xcadey. Message me if you’re interested, it’s a 172.5 12spd ultegra.

depending on budget and what’s on the hub, I would tend to go for a crankset with a spider (always loved my quarqs), but single sided left arms have always done a great job for me and once you’ve played around with the settings to find the right +/- to make all your power meters match each other, they’re all pretty much as consistent, unless you have a massive discrepancy in your left vs right leg power. (Just don’t buy stages they’re random number generators, when they actually turn on)

The new Garmin Rally 110 and 210 that were launched last week are rather compelling. A very close comparison to the Faveros now.

The same thing, but for more money for the Garmin with nothing to show for it really.

1100 EUR for Rally 210 and 580EUR for MX2 or RS2.

I have “calibrated” my stages crank arm to my Powertap pedals and they were virtually the same?
Are Stages back up and running btw?
