I'm 183 and hovering around 79 kgs. Could easily weigh 75 but have a strange affliction called 'sleep eating'.

Also got a problem with the sleep eating thing... Need a snack at 2amSleepy

I cannot go without getting up in the middle of the night to get my 'fix'... normally a piece of chocolateEmbarrassed

 

Myne is Peanut butter en stroop broodjies......kan NIE goed vir die figuur wees nie. Ook so 2 am se kant, soos clock work!

Was out of connection for a while (network problems caused by Lightning)

1.82m tall, weight fluctuates between 82-85kg. (was 98 before starting cycling 6 years ago, dropped to an low of 78, before picking up and stabilizing at present weight)

Dont specialy watch what I eat, do not do any gym work or anything else. Cycling is only exercise I do (besides the "laken vastrap"Tongue). Will have to do something to get rid of the spare tire, though.

hehehehe, wel ek sal moet oorbly, want om kaap toe te vlieg vir een dag is net nie goed genoeg nie!!!! anders moet ons maar 'n grrot hub pasta date reel voor die 94.7

Night eating.

Get some Whey protein and fat free milk mix and store in the freezer, when you wake up to snake have a shake. Or take a Whey protein shake before bed then you shouldn?t wake up to eat, having a good uninterrupted night rest is just as important as training.

is besig om 'n boek te lees - Seven Pillars of Health en daarin is 'n hoofstuk oor slaap. dit is net ongelooflik hoe belangrik genoeg slaap is.
