Great, I would avoid Murray's loop, it's quite technical towards then end and there is also a loop just after the top of the first big climb on your left that I would also avoid, other than that it's all rideable.
It's just up my road so I go there regularly. Definitely give it a try. The best part (IMO) is Mars Bars, 6.6km of flowing flatish single track.
Oops apologies duplicate post.

SEA RESCUE – NSRI – STATION 30, Agulhas
SEA RESCUE – Riviersonderend – Sunday, 22 October. 2 cyclists on the Rhino Run assisted:
Reinard Geldenhuys, NSRI Agulhas station commander, said:
At 12h08, Sunday, 22 October, NSRI Agulhas duty crew were activated to assist Overberg Emergency Services responding to the Riviersonderend River, at Jongenskloof, near to Riviersonderend, at a bridge crossing at the river, where an adult female cyclist was trapped in a tree on the flooded river.
An adult male cyclist had used the floatation of his camel water pack to escape the flooded river but he had lost his bicycle in the process, he raised the alarm, while the females bicycle was submerged near to where she had climbed a tree to escape the flood waters.
We believe, while taking part in the Rhino Run, from Plettenberg Bay to Windhoek, they were crossing the road flooded by the river, when they got into difficulties in the fast flowing water.
The river had flooded during heavy rains that were forecast by SAWS (South African Weather Services)
An NSRI Agulhas swift water rescue team responded to Bredasdorp Fire and Rescue Services fire station and from the there the NSRI Agulhas swift water rescue team, Overberg Fire and Rescue Services rescue divers and Overberg Disaster Risk Management responded to Riviersonderend to join WC Government Health EMS and the SA Police Services on the scene.
Ropes were secured across the river to create a secure platform to affect a rescue operation.
4 NSRI swift water rescue swimmers and a Fire rescue diver reached the female in the tree, securing her into a life-jacket, and wading her safely through the river using the ropes for safety they brought her safely through the river to the river bank.
Both of their bicycles were recovered.
They were not injured and the rescuers helped them to clean, oil and make small repairs to their 2 bicycles and both cyclists, riding the Rhino Run together, both from Johannesburg, continued on their way.
Looks like about 6km directly north of the Knysna Elephant park.
I believe they were cycling to Suikerbosrand.

More than enough, I used Zwift at 25mbps for a long time without any issues.
My 2cents, I gave up on BT via the PC, I run Zwift on the PC and then connect via the companion app on my iphone and never had an issue for over a year now (touch wood).
Even the summit version is not what it was.
Waste of time.
Now that Zwift is accepted on Strava nobody goes out to ride as all Swift data is allowed on Strava and is registered on challenges. Riders getting phenomenal distance and elevation and some doing up to 170 rides for the month. Most of the top positions on leaderboards are there because of Zwift. By all means have Zwift leaderboards but don't mix with actual rubber on the road rides.
Would never pay for Summit.
What is even more strange is that some people upload the same Zwift ride from Zwift and from another device such as Garmin and then both count towards the leaderboards!
Hi Zwifters -
I'm training on Zwift.....connect to Laptop via Bluetooth but seem like connection is dropping sometimes.
Got myself ant+ dongle and ant+ extention cable, but zwift doesn't pick up the ant+ only bluetooth.
I've switched off the BLE to see if it will work that way, but no luck, restarted PC, still no luck.
Anyone experienced this before? or any advice?
Try connecting your trainer (and HRM) via the companion app (Bluetooth) on your phone and continue to run Zwift on your laptop.
Start companion app, switch on your trainer then start Zwift on your laptop.
It's how I run mine and (touch wood) never had an issue.
I run Zwift on a Windows 10 PC and connect my trainer and HR Strap via my iPad using Zwift Companion via Bluetooth, never had an issue.
Was just about to ask the same thing about JS, wonder why she scratched. I tried to stalk her on twitter to see if she said something but her profile is private
She was doing so well in the race
From Janine,
Unfortunately I have had to make the decision to scratch. My left hand has become completely numb and I can't grip the handlebars anymore. It's the same side where I damaged the nerve last year so not worth risking further damage. Disappointed but I would rather have a working hand.
Does anyone know why your true ride time is not used? I.e. the time from when you rode over the mat at the end of the neutral section to the finish mat?
In that case it would be confusing for the pros as it would mean the first person crossing the finish line may not necessarily be the overall winner.
With the amount of rain we had in Alberhoughton Saturday night I'm surprised how little mud there actually was on the route [emoji16]
Feel my m0er off on that little wooden slippery down along the river in Northern Farm but other than that enjoyed it
I very almost came off going down that wooden ramp!
what software are you guys using to edit your videos ?
Pinnacle Studio Pro on my iPad
Always use it, real bed with bedding, large tents you can stand up in, big plus is they supply a power lead for the light that you can use to charge all your devices.

Was a very tough ride in the wind, especially Swartberg pass but had a good day out and enjoyed it. 8H16 official time a bit slower than expected, but happy considering the wind.
