  10. Work out your W/Kg and look at the table here https://blog.stryd.com/2020/01/10/how-to-calculate-your-race-time-from-your-target-power/ You will need to be around 4.75W/Kg if running with a stryd pod. Terrain, elevation and ambient conditions may impact actual and will also have to be considered. As also stated Cycling and Running FTP are completely different in the algorithm's used so not comparable
  11. A lot of the newer gas geysers have batteries, no electrical connection, install 2 Duracell that last about a year. have a look at the Dewhot geysers

  13. Problem with 10sp Di2 is availability of cables, this Di2 uses different electrical cables to that of 11sp Di2 and you will be unlikely to find replacement cables should one break or the connection to the any of the groupset not work properly, you will have a unusable groupset. Cables are not backward compatible from 11sp Di2. If you need to find replacements, you are likely to be shopping on ebay and hoping you can find. Nothing wrong with 11spd mechanical. I have Di2 11spd on my tri bike, I also have mechanical 11spd on a road bike and have no issues riding either. With both systems you need to index properly and will have many kns of riding without issue.
  14. idea has been around for a while
  15. Already complaints on social media about the price for 105 Di2 which is meant to be the people/workhorse groupset. Also no rim brake version

  18. Would recommend getting an assessment done, can even get it done at Sportsmans. Then you can start narrowing down the type of shoes within price range or slightly more. If shoes going to last you 2 years then the investment will be worth it. Most runners change shoes every 800km or so. Some high end shoes don't last that long, others and if a light runner will get considerably more.
  19. You may want to give more information on whether you have had a running assessment done and know what type of shoe you are looking for i.e neutral Also what sort of distances you run or looking to run.? No point telling you this type of shoe is good, if is only suitable for 5-10kms and you are looking to do marathons and high mileage.
  20. If you want easy transferable then you will be looking at a pedal power meter. Consider Assioma's either single or dual
  21. Having had many smart trainers over the years, is the reason why I have gone back to a fluid trainer and power meter, no handbrake and much more natural ride feel when changing gears to adjust to power. I only do intervals during the week and have no interest in just riding a route or racing in a virtual world. Plus the added bonus of a PM on your bike when out riding, rather than an additional cost on top of a smart trainer.
