I think one needs to understand the groupset hierarchy and compare apples with apples. NX is sitting right at the bottom of the SRAM range, it is what it is. If you want better then you need to fork out $$$. I personally have over 1000 km's on a GX Eagle groupset and it hasn't skipped a beat. Yes the shifting is not as crisp and smooth as XO1 or XT but I don't expect it to be. SRAM Shimano XX1 XTR XO1 XT X1 SLX GX Deore NX Alivio

Cannondale's use BB30, so you need a BB30 to Shimano 24 adapter. Wheels Manufacturing are among the better ones.

You should change the title of your thread from "Anthem" to "Trance" two different bikes.

Pyga sold the last batch for R16500 so I would'nt think anywhere near 15k. Maybe 11k depending on condition.

I was at Makro recently and it seems that irrespective of the brand, i.e. Totem, Raleigh, Cannondale, all of the adult bicycles are only available in one size and that is medium.

Someone commented several pages back that Makro only brought in mediums.

The thing is that this thread started because someone thought that they were going to get a R13k bike for R4.5k. It turns out you are actually going to get a R4.5k bike for R4.5k.

You are looking at the 2018 spec, but Makro will be selling 2016 models.

I wonder how long it will take before someone starts ranting here about how Omnico will not provide any support for their Cannondale that was purchased at Makro?

Quality wise I would rather compare NX to Deore.
