  1. Yes a lekka bike, I just love riding her. Can't wait for my first ride with the 1x10. I haven't ridden with grip shifters for about 15 years so that's going to take some getting used to as well. I want to fit a angle headset sometime as well to slacken the HA just a bit, then I might never ride my 29'er again.
  2. Finally after 5 weeks my parts have arrived from CRC, now I can complete my 1x10 conversion. Received the OneUP 40t cassette ring about 2 weeks ago.
  3. Any bike with Shimano SLX/XT or SRAM X9 components. Brakes can be Shimano SLX or XT or Avid Elixir 5 and up, unless you are one of the Avid haters.
  4. You can order from Works Components :- http://www.workscomponents.co.uk/
  5. It actually looks like the frame took a bit of a knock there, did you have a fall?
  6. Take it to your dealer and let them check it out, looks like another little crack a bit lower down.
  7. Weighed a friends son's Momsen 650B the other day. 14.7kg's, if that's not porky then I don't know what is. Poor little 11 year old's got to trap that arround....
  8. Looks like it may be possible with cable brakes.
  9. Place a add in the classifieds with some pictures for the best chance of a sale.
  10. Does anybody still use a pump? I guess I just got lazy, I only carry bombs.
  11. If the chainstay or the seat tube cracks I don't think Pyga are going to say "Mmmmmmm that 4mm hole in the bb shell must have been the cause of this, sorry ......."
  12. Yes normal. If they are on, take them off, it looks noob.
  13. No need to see on the bars what gear you are in. Listen to your legs. Just get worried when you are crawling up a hill and try to shift at the back but the lever won't go any further.
  14. Whoever buys or has bought this bike is going to be the envy of his riding buddies.
  15. WOW that is one awesome looking bike
  16. No, unfortunately those mirrors just clip off, easy to pop back on. Hope you are ok though.

  18. Ha Ha, thats one of our top u23 riders. A very sketchy loose downhill section leading into a massive drop off.
  19. Nice video Mr Ritz. Is this your work?
  20. Nah don't bother with this bike Because i'm hoping it's still around in 2 weeks time when I might have the cash for it.
  21. No. 50 hrs service = R700 then 200 hrs (150hrs after the 50hr service) = R1500 then every 150hr thereafter = R1500
  22. You Gautenger's do the human race proud.
  23. Like comparing apples to oranges I think. They are both very good trainers, depends what you want from a trainer. The Cycle Ops Fluid has no bells and whistles but gives you a very realistic riding experience with a progressive power curve, whereas the Tacx Iflow is a virtual reality trainer with all kinds of features like racing against others via a server for e.g. The fluid should cost about R4500 and the iflow about R9000. I don't want to spend more than an hour on a trainer so I bought the jetfluid pro and use it for interval training. It gives you a serious workout.
  24. Hi G I think it's this one. Cheers Peter
  25. Here's wishing You a Very Happy Birthday Chris Willemse Senior. I hope you have a Fantastic day.
