The only thing I don't like about it is the "cheese grater" seat tube gusset. While I appreciate it for how it's accomplished, it's not practical at all. However, due to the magic of 3d printing that can be changed easily. Otherwise my Kingdom was the best bike I've ever owned and will get another in a heartbeat.

Just get a Garmin. As a Suunto fan, I'm so peeved I got the Suunto 5 instead of a Garmin.

I need some thoughts on a new bean to cup machine for the office that isn't breaking any banks. Our overworked delonghi magnifica has bitten the dust and needs replacement. Probably does around 20 coffees / cappuccinos a day. Any thoughts? I don't think a industrial style machine is necessary, just one that's fairly reliable to stay on all day. Also doesn't need an employee with an inner barista. Just a "do you want decent coffee? Yes I do" button.

Fox Ranger shorts go on sale often, and are comfy and quick to fit. I got mine for R750 a while back. One of the best things about the "trail riding look" is often I just throw on my helmet shorts and shoes and am out the door in 5 minutes. Rather than spending ages kitting and layering up, re-arranging my bits so I don't scare the children and stuffing things into the back of my cycle top that could potentially impale me. Other thing is a comfy helmet that doesn't brake the bank. Personally the IXS ones agree with my head and wallet.

I'm excited about this! Why am I excited about this? Well maybe some budget 4pot brakes.

Speaking of bean to cup.. (Pitchforks at the ready folks) Does a machine exist that actually has a half-decent automated cappuccino? I'm not expecting the best, but at work when time is short, all I want is a cappaccino that isn't crap, or takes long to do. Our current Delonghi (and Jura), the espresso is decent, the foam is crap, the order it does it is wrong for some reason (milk then shot??). If you do it separate, try get rid of some bubbles then put it together afterwards it's okay, but I feel that these are steps I shouldn't be needing to do. I'm not purist by any means, but I do find it strange that there isn't something that can replicate a hint of what a coffee barista can do.

Aesthetically the new Banshee's are very "meh". A bit over-vanillafied. They may be a great bike, with a step in the right direction in terms of numbers, and their new manufacturing techniques throughout are sick, but to me they've lost what I believe many people found appealing.

I for one am absolutely terrified of cancer. As mentioned before, you could be the fittest and healthiest oke around and bam! I have a number of lipomas that I got checked a while back. After a bit of prodding, the GP said it's all good and if any cancerous ones appear that it would show signs in my blood tests? This is the part I'm not sure of. How does one do a hypochondriac-style test for cancer? Do general blood tests work? or do you just have to be lucky/smart enough to act early on warning signs?

Equivalent to sharing sonograms with strangers..
