  1. If you need it to assist you at parts, then it's compensating for lack of fitness and or skill and thereby defeats the purpose of cycling which is about pushing the human element to the best of its ability. It would be great from an environmental point of view if you were looking at getting rid of motorbikes amd replacing with these which I doubt will happen. Soon there will humans integrated into these bikes, something like a bike transformer....lol
  2. Not sure I understand the purpose of these E-bike. I mean, if you want a motor then buy a motorbike, if you want to pedal, then get a bicycle. This thing is on the fence.
  3. "Drive home, finish beer"......this makes no sense whatsoever. Should be "Drive home, open beer.....cos you finished the first one before going to LBS ????
  4. Hot dam, that is really really nice ????
  5. 125mm drop: Now to shim amd fit :-)
  6. Wow, that's looks beautiful. Really, really nice????
  7. So much of want...entered for the win.
  8. Very nice but Wow..195k...you could buy a new car for that.
  9. That looks awsome.
  10. No one wants to see a picture of a box...gooi ooop ek se :-)
  11. I have gone ahead and bought this one for my baby girl: http://www.sportsworld.co.za/product.php?id_product=1437 The second baby on the way is also a girl so works out perfectly☺
  12. Ok cool. Thanks Myles.
  13. My daughter is turning 2 next month and been thinking of getting her this bike. She is a rather petite kid and would probably have to get the seat all the way down for her feet to reach the floor. My concern then is that reaching the handle bars will be a bit of a stretch for her. How's the reach on them?
  14. Agree..wife taking vitamins for the pregnancy amd it includes zinc so hoping it will help her.
  15. I got a little sick the other day, just some nausea and headaches but not too bad. Wife now got some serious gastro, and seven months preggy getting very uncomfortable now. Cant hold any food down.
  16. Would a cable tie or some tape assist here if you cannot route internally? Is this still a problem on the 2016 bersion?
  17. And what if you don't have an internal compatible frame?
  18. Ok cool. Will go search for one then and see the cost
  19. Decided to go with the 125mm drop as feel thus sufficient and I know it all fits. Now all I need to do is shim it as I have a 31.6 seatpost and the Giant dropper is 30.9 Anyone got a shim for this as I cannot source one locally? I know you can make one with a beer can which seems what I need to do.
  20. Sjo, that's a whole lot of measurements but I understand what you saying. Going for different brand, have a reverb currently and will be buying online. So what's the real advantage of that extra 25mm drop over the 125mm other than getting the seat a bit more down. I feel mine gets down enough to be out the way.
  21. Im ready to buy the giant dropper and wanted to ask if i should go 125mm or 150mm drop? My current dropper is 125mm drop, 380mm length and seems sufficient for what i ride. The seat tube on my bike is straight with no kinks. I am about 2cm from having my current dropper post all the way in before i reach the top cap so not sure if this plays a rike with the 150mm dropper where i wont be able to get it down enough for the right height. The giant 150mm is 440mm in length. Which one would be best?
  22. Well done!...i won some Craft bib shorts...keen to swop? You know you want to... :-)
  23. When i win, you can make me an offer :-)
  24. They will advertise my name soon enough..lol
  25. Ok cool. I have won some bib shorts ( first time winning anything) but would like to sell them to buy something else. Hear you on the resale of items, not cool at all.
