That Evil, lets see the whole picture :-)
  2. That rear Linkage, not a fan. Prefer the look of the evil linkage although it seems busier, it looks nicer.

    Flat pedals

I started with old mongoose flat pedals that were worn but soon noved over to Saints amd some skate shoes...huge difference in grip and that gave more confidence. Its definalty something everyone should try. I can manuel, spronk (lol) and a small bumny hop now....still need to refine those moves

    Flat pedals

I was a convert some time ago after reading the Bike James article and advice from hubbers. At first, it sucked, as i had been riding cleats for years and years but then after a few rides i started to get used to it and now loving the freedom. I feel more confident in that i can put my foot where i want it and if i get something wrong i put a foot out and its sorted or at least less problematic if that makes sense. The only way to know is to get some flats and shoes amd give it a try but you must do it for a couple rides to get the feel for it.

  11. If you can't get up the hills then convert back to a 3x10 ???? and if the significant other can't keep up, they must train harder ????
  12. Too true, fun is the biggest part of it at the end of the day but doesn't mean you need an E bike...lol
  13. If you need it to assist you at parts, then it's compensating for lack of fitness and or skill and thereby defeats the purpose of cycling which is about pushing the human element to the best of its ability. It would be great from an environmental point of view if you were looking at getting rid of motorbikes amd replacing with these which I doubt will happen. Soon there will humans integrated into these bikes, something like a bike transformer....lol
  14. Not sure I understand the purpose of these E-bike. I mean, if you want a motor then buy a motorbike, if you want to pedal, then get a bicycle. This thing is on the fence.
  15. "Drive home, finish beer"......this makes no sense whatsoever. Should be "Drive home, open beer.....cos you finished the first one before going to LBS ????
  16. Hot dam, that is really really nice ????
