  1. What is that Thing? I am not calling it a car..I dont know what to call it
  2. if its in the right price range it it will sell. I am not sure what the property market is like there at the moment, but houses here are being listed and sold within a week. When we sold in SA back in 2017. we listed and sold within about 1 month, but our buyer put in an offer after 2 weeks...we just dragged it out a bit to see if we could get a better offer
  3. totally doable 50 Kilometers 31.1 miles 2:43:38 5:16/mile Apr 12, 1988 Thompson Magawana
  4. We have just been through the process of buying here and you will not believe what a difference a wide angle lens makes. Also, declutter as much as you can - the more floor space you can see the better
  5. Make sure your BDSM apparel is packed away
  6. Hope you come right with this @Wannabe, I can imagine how frustrating this is for you.
  7. ok - I will try that. Question - how do you see your saved streams - I can see benefit of having a few focused streams that i could switch between
  8. This is my issue with the active topics. I save a stream to show everything - as below I then click Active topics on the top because I've been browsing and want to go back to the topic listing - and this is what I get I cant however even switch back to the stream I saved previously - so every time I have to change Content Types to "All Content"
  9. he was making a grappie
  10. And the top level track Nike's weren't considered legal!
  11. Ha ha...I saw the title of the thread and came here to point River Rat because I knew he was a canoeist.. And all my mates who do the dusi regularly have had it
  12. Yes.. I'm not a fan of them being accessible to the runner either. It's great for us There's always been doubt about his record.. But I think the 3000m is more for the middle distance track specialists. The only runners to get below or in and around 7:25 are Komen, Morceli and Gerrouj. All 1500m specialists
  13. so Cheptegai was well off the world record by 13 seconds - just shows how amazing it was
  14. yeah - it looked like he wasnt even going fast at some points while still throwing down 58sec laps
  15. and for those who might not be aware...the current 3000m record is considered to be almost unbreakable it was such a good run. Komen was an interesting chap. He ran for a short period with the pure intention of making money for his family - so he competed in everything for a couple of years. He think he had a motor accident that ended his career edit: he is also the only person to ever run 2 miles in under 8 minutes
  16. Just a reminder if anyone wants to watch. Looks like SA is not blocked on the World Athletics Youtube channel - so you can watch it on there at (i think 6pm SA time) https://www.letsrun.com/news/2021/05/how-to-watch-joshua-cheptegeis-3000-meter-world-record-attempt-2021-golden-spike-ostrava-tv-streaming-information-2/
  17. I dont even have that...clearly I am not a winner
  18. This annoys the hell out of me. When I click on Active Topics Content Type is filtered to "Topics" - I have to click on that and choose "All Content" every single time. It does not remember what I chose
  19. Chit chat section...
  20. Just saw in a pinkbike article that Catherine Pendrel had a baby 15 weeks ago....and cruised into 23rd position on Sunday....what the actual hell. That is pretty damn impressive
  21. i have noticed there is not a correlation between what i see on the mobile vs what i see on the web - on the mobile I can see all topics, while on the web it was filtered to hide certain topics - does it consider my mobile user as a different user to my web user? seems a bit counterintuitive Tapatalk please - I like its simplistic navigation for a reason
  22. Not writing him off by any stretch of the imagination. just saying his days of dominating are over - which is great for the sport. A couple of seasons ago it was inevitable that he was going to win if he had no unforseen mechanical...now, its anyone's game
  23. an incredible competitor...but it certainly looks like he is nearing the end of his career...but who knows - lets wait and see - he is still on the sharp end of the competition. Puts Absalon's achievements in perspective though doesn't it.
