  1. Don't hope. Make the decision and everything else will start to fall into place.
  2. Ok. I REALLY REALLY REALLY like it. What does that say about me? Apart from the excessive perfumes and the Harleys. Especially the 3 wheeled one. WTAF? I'd have a 2002 Honda SP2 and a couple of Ducs in there. But the rest... I'm in. Even the ridiculous suits of armor.
  3. What is an Aston Villa and what is a midfielder?
  4. Such a beautiful part of the world.
  5. Haha. When they have SA Champs the juniors division is 40-50.
  6. Yissie. I was going to say the exact opposite. I would pull out all of the big guns for the tour and let's see what happens out on the road. I wouldn't leave my most pedigreed rider at home for what might well be the only GT that actually takes place his year.
  7. It's not a bike. And it's not today or even yesterday. But I haven't seen a pic of me on a board since the 00's so please bear with me. Breaking the law at CCCCCOOOKING Elands a week or 2 ago. I don't like the point runners. I prefer the ones at the top of the point. They are shorter but have more push and less people.
  8. Pics of yours please! Are we talking National or lapsteel here?
  9. I'm loving the look of the ISN team. 3 of my favorite riders on the team for 2021. Alex Dowsett (Is he? Not 100% sure. I really hope so) Froome dog Impey If they sign Nic Dlamini I'll be over the moon.
  10. The assumption is large group = better pricing. But that doesn't seem to be true. But my other half and I bought running shoes recently. and both pairs were cheaper from The Sweat Shop which is a dedicated running store vs Sportsmans Warehouse and their non existent service levels. Ok back on topic. I wonder if the "Win on Sunday Sell on Monday" moniker is true for bike racing.
  11. When I'm back on it for sure. I've missed those holes down the dune. I need to get a new wetsuit first. I have a Quicksilver Cell which is like 12 years old. But carbon wheels first. Riding is still #1
  12. Shot man. We're doing 2*5k runs during the week and then a slightly longer 8k on weekends. On another note I started surfing (kneelo) again after years out of the water. Ballie can still wiggle the foam. I'm watching the charts and the surf predictions like a 12 year old grom again.
  13. Ok please don't laugh. I just did my fastest 5k. 33 minutes. I know it's pathetic but I'm stoked. I have just 1 running goal. To do a Park Run in under 30 minutes.
  14. If my friend had say an Elite Zumo would he be able to buy these retrofit feet?

    I can't believe Jack Miller is #11.

Yissie. Just being in that championship is incredible. Being there on one of (I think) 12 works bikes is unfathomable. To win a race is an almost impossible feat. Let's let the guy soak it in a bit. History shows that rookies are fast but hurt themselves. Let's hope he stays out of the gravel traps for the rest of the year in what should be a learning year. I think he's already exceeded any expectation. KTM's first win and a win in the dry at Brno.

I believe Marc Marquez was a rookie in 2013 and took the title. It's interesting for me to compare the 2 riders. MM was a Repsol Honda guy pretty much from the start and was nurtured by them to where he is right now. Brad has been KTM's golden boy from early on. It's incredible what KTM have managed to do with that bike. It runs WP suspension and KTM have no history in Moto GP. It SHOULD NOT BE WINNING DRY RACES
  18. Absolutely. You should try Rouvy if you like varied visuals. I've tried a few others but for me the 2 best ones are Rouvy and Zwift. 2 very different flavours of training. The beauty is you can switch at any time. The one thing I really love about rouvy is the ability to ride a "real" road. And you can get a person to pace you up a climb by picking a virtual partner. As time goes by I'm also finding my enjoyment of Zwift waning quite a lot. I only do the workouts and I also find myself watching youtubes rather than my cartoon guy so the whole social aspect of it doesn't really hold any attraction for me. When the gym opens up again I'll most likely cancel my Zwift subscription. I'm running 3 times a week and then I'll throw in 2 spinning classes a week which I really enjoy which is enough. Weekend riding is for enjoyment only. Make no mistake I think Zwift is great. The training programs are really good IMO. *Edit. Oh ja I've also picked up the old surfboard again. Too many sports not enough time. I need to find a way for someone else to do my job for me.
  19. Wearing his Hugo Boss outfit. Oh the irony.
  20. Yes. And he'd retire to his apartment in Monaco with his Custom Pagani in a very oppressed manner.
  21. I think the way they did supercross was basically a full test to get in and daily screenings. Everyone took it super serious coz one positive would bring the whole thing crashing down. You'd have to imagine they are doing the same in F1 etc. But it must be way more difficult to control, Supercross was 1 race venue and 2 practice venues. Thy probably housed everyone in the same hotel/complex too.
  22. This was 5 years ago. Tony Murray and I decided we wanted to descend the height of everest in a day. But. We had to include Les Gets, Pleney, Zore, Lindarets, Morgins, Crosets. I think we finished on 8824m
  23. They can come my bru. I just close my laptop and the problem goes away. Coz being holed up inside and going shopping at the mall is safer than being outside in the sun doing exercise and having your sinuses flushed every 5 minutes.
