exactly my experience - its not products or the pricing or bikeinn themselves (always get my order eventually)but for some reason the way thier parcel seems to end up at SAPO and the nonsense begins there ....no tracking no notifications endless delays ..............or pay crazy DHL shipping rates they reply to emails but cant help you with SAPO
