Not vegan ... official label is ovo lacto Vegetarian so eggs and dairy.

And there's not too many carbs in a light beer. I've tried Castle Light though, and I can't say I enjoyed it.

Black Label for me. Used to dop Castle Milk Stout on the weekends, until it started to give me a unique physique.

Lite beer = low in carbs.

Light beer = low in alcohol.

 

Castle lite all the way for me...
