Wait till you go to the chiro I have to go to for a cross friction / deep tissue massage .... very glad he does not have the chance to pull leg hairs too. What he does is bruisingly and painfully effective enough ph34r.gif

I would definitely shave for that

Do people really colour code  ?

I do not shave my legs and I am both runner and mountain biker. Maybe one day when I big I could shun running shoes, I am not there yet... and I cant wear a loose fitting shirt when I take part in duathlon because I wont have any nipples left afterwards :(

Sometimes its not about codes and more about what works I suppose...

People who don't colour code should be tazered. Cyclists or otherwise. And wearing blue and brown together is not colour coded. Ever. I am the fashion police.

Heck yeah... been "on the bench" a bit recently - and bloody glad there was not masses of hair on the legs!

Voted for road, but do a bit of mtb as well. A very small bit...

yip road and mtb, wax or shave.

started off on the road, did shave though, off to mtb, lots of scratches and gashes later it made more sense to shave.
