i would say a combination of Hostel, Saw and Bone Collector would sort these scum out !!

once again the criminals have more rights than the victims.

Wish the Ruling party did something about this than rather stage marches over paintings !!!!

I would like to see them shot in both knees and elbows and left in the bush. With a veldfire fast approaching!

I dont know how I would react if it were my family so brutally mudered....

While I realise there is murder worldwide, it is the savageness and the brutality of the crime here that is so shocking.

Drowing a 12yr old in boiling water? Sometimes I think we have gone too far in the world with human rights, how can we be allowing 'things' like these three to have any rights at all?

Indeed, thats half the F$%#@%! problem everyone is always on about rights, criminals should have %$#@ all rights , thats the whole reason why they are removed from society in the first place ,how can they expect to enjoy the same rights as law abiding citizens, bloody insane. R3SL

That is just eff'd up!

I think the movie's name was 'the bone collector'? Not too sure...... where the guy was a crafted surgeon or something and cut the people open and removed their bones while they were still alive......

There was also another movie, where the good guy tranquilised the bad guy and took him to an abandoned warehouse. He strapped him onto an operating table and cut off his eyelids so that the bad guy could see what was being done to him . then starts to remove limbs using power tools, if the bad guy went into shock and passed out then he was given adrenaline to get him to wake up.

But it all gets done and blamed as well as referred to in the name of culture.

Like I said:

"I would like to think that culture had nothing to do with this........"

I know that I can state unequivocally that MY culture taught me that no one shouldn't behave like that.

Culture (no matter which one it may be) doesn't void one of conscience.

Whilst ones culture may blur the lines when an act may be formally prohibited, or socially unacceptable... ones conscience overides culture when an act is morally wrong!

These crimes were morally wrong in every culture.

I think one of the harshest punishments which could be dealt to these 3 would be a fully functional conscience and a lifespan of atleast 1000 yrs.

Society has a large number of problems, but I can fix three in one go:

1. Crime

2. The cost of punishing criminals

3. The need to run medical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic trials

Vote for me as your new Minister of Correctional Services, give me carte blanche and I guarantee you the lowest crime rate in the world.

Why should criminals have human rights at the expense of the innocent? And why should innocent animals suffer in medical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic trials? The data obtained does not directly translate to humans anyway.

So, my plan is this:

- Sterilize ALL convicted criminals - don't want those genes carried over to a new generation!

- Experiment on criminals instead of innocent animals. The risk of the experiment can be adjusted to fit the severity of the individual's crime.

- Companies can pay for these trials, thereby making jails profitable instead of a burden on the tax-payer.

- Oh, and no luxuries or studying for free either!

Vote now!

I like your sentiments, but what if a mistake was made? Who has to deal with the consequences?

Life is never fair or just, but we cannot take the law into our own hands. We have a judicial system that HAS to be respected period. Anything else, is as bad.

That is cold blooded savagery. Its sounds like the best excuse they can come up with is the ill treatment by their employer... if i remember correctly, it was the same excuse used when Terreblanche was murdered? Now its a stock standard reason....

Dying a slow and painful death would be to good for them.... We need punishment in its most severe form to deter people from commiting such atrocious acts... i'm all for severing body parts if you are a rapist etc etc..
