Started the week @ 20 mins on a watt bike at max power (Average of 237W). Forgot that riding a stationary bike can be just as hard.

 

Another 2:50 at race pace in very windy conditions. The only other ride was what brought the IF down.

I don't know if you guys saw the new Strava feature where you can get your fitness and freshness score (basically TSS) on the premium product by using heart rate and not only power meter.

What is the correlation between the Suffer Score and TSS, surely there must be a direct conversation rate? I mean the graphs look identical.

Chaps, where are you seeing your IF for the week on Training Peaks?

I don't see that in my week summary.

 

maybe its because I am cheap and haven't upgraded

Week thus far:

 

Two days in Jozi

Rear derailleur snap off

Bike in hospital until tomorrow

 

Let's just say my figures are a lil' lean this week.  :whistling:

Also on the dashboard, FITNESS SUMMARY REPORT, it shows:

 

Last 7 days

Duration, Distance, TSS

IF, Calories, Work

Elevation Gain, Loss

 

Just remember to look at the report every Monday morning for the previous 7 days.

A busy (not able to ride my bike) week ended for me when I realised that I left my Garmin on the dining room table. Driving to the start of a club ride is not something I do often, so the habit of pressing start when I roll out the driveway was broken. Luckily I had the mobile apps to see some data from the ride.

 

So, my weekly score is a big, fat zero:

 

TSS: 0

IF: 0

Distance: 100Km.

 

RPE:

4 - on every flat and downhill

9-10 - on every pos+ gradient on the new 94.7 route - I actually enjoyed the blind-data ride
