TSS 439.9

IF 0.89

Feeling very tired of late. I'll use the kids not sleeping through the night as the reason

That's a good reason

Uninterrupted Zzz is key, man

With my 22 month old laaitie, training has been just okay, and great on very rare occasions.

Cool IF there

Should make you a bit drained anyway

Started the week @ 20 mins on a watt bike at max power (Average of 237W). Forgot that riding a stationary bike can be just as hard.

Another 2:50 at race pace in very windy conditions. The only other ride was what brought the IF down.

I don't know if you guys saw the new Strava feature where you can get your fitness and freshness score (basically TSS) on the premium product by using heart rate and not only power meter.

http://road.cc/content/news/134008-strava-updates-fitness-and-freshness-heart-rate-monitor-users

Strava has updated its Fitness and Freshness feature, previously only available to cyclists using a power meter, to those who only use a heart rate monitor.

The updated feature uses your Suffer Score, itself generated by how much time you’ve spent in different heart rate zones, and allows you to easily monitor levels of fatigue, fitness and form over time.

Chaps, where are you seeing your IF for the week on Training Peaks?

I don't see that in my week summary.

maybe its because I am cheap and haven't upgraded

Dashboard look at the TSS by week bar chart. The red is TSS and blue is IF. Hover cursor on bar to see values. (using Beta)
