Why is your stuff in miles and ft? so confusing!

Makes him think he's got to go faster and further. I mean 26 kph over 56 km isn't really good.

Congrats to all thumbup1.gif

We had a guy with in-ear headphones in A.

You guys need to let the (any) Marshal know, we try hard but sometimes miss these things with everything else going on.

Will have to check on my Insurance, not sure.

Big up also to two Mtb'ers, knobblies and all, that was in our group. They sat with us, pedal stroke for pedal stroke. Think we finaly shelled them (or they shelled me blush.png) going up the final climb on the R44. Numbers was C1414 and C147?. Really strong ridersclap.gif clap.gif

Thanks. How did it your race pan out?

Very well. Went to the Champange Festival the day before with the girlfriend so wasnt expecting the best ride but did a 2h56 - nearly an hour better than my 2010 ride! was super stoked. If you look at my racetec results it would appear i had used some PED's for this race whistling.gif

Had an awesome ride. Started in W, finished 3:03, had to stop, my bars came loose going down Hells hoogte, otherwise very happy with the race!

Good organizing and fun event. Excited about the next one!

excellent - a good idea is also to have him ride juvenile gears on the road. i know that the ppa don't bother too much with these issues but in the long run it teaches the youngsters good cycling technique and it saves the 'undeveloped ' legs and back from too much stress. before you know it he'll be spinning like a pro.

Where is the line between youngster and not? Chris Jooste Jnr finished 3rd at Die Burger. He's something like 17!
