Bos Posted March 9, 2018 Share Hey guys I'm looking to drop some cash on a ICAN P8 120mm 29er/27.5+ frame. My Father in-law Works in Hong Kong and my Mother in-law will be visiting him over Easter. So I'm asking her to bring the frame back for me. (saves me a chunk of cash) What would you recommenced, that she just declares the frame and pay 15% up front as she goes through customs? I just pay the amount that has been pre-calculated by customs. In your case, I would suggest declaring it and yes, pay the vat.Don't know what you paying for the frame but the sellers normally don't mind giving you an invoice for less. Thats a good Idea! However I wont be collecting a parcel. My Mother inlaw is bringing it with her on her way back from HK. No it was a different frame from a different supplier.So far communication is good.They have requested a pic of the serial nr in head tube (I swear you can't see it until a flash hits it. Fooled me for 10min). From 9-3-2018Sent warranty request. 13-3-2018Received requestApologised for late reply.Asked for receipt/purchase details 14-3-2018Recieved purchase details.Asked for serial nr in head tube.Confirmed claim was sent to factory.
