Want to buy a bulk 25 litre CO container from Crede Oils.

Want tops 10 litres for myself. Are there enough people in Jhb area to take the remaining 15 litres?

Hi Schweinehund,

If still available, i will take 5 litre.

Just to confirm, is it the organic virgin?

How does coconut oil feel on the stomach. Ive added like 50ml of mct oil previously in my fat shakes and my stomach felt quite uncomfortable afterwards.

http://www.credeoils.com/shop/food-oils/coconut-oil/

Website says it is organic and virgin.

Bought 1 litre and enjoyed it, but it is expensive in small orders(>R150/litre).

Its cloudy when solid and clear when liquid.

Let me contact the supplier and get back here with a price ASAP.

Everyone will have to bring their own containers. Decanting should be easy enough if the CO is slightly warmed.

Ordered a 25 litre bucket from the kind folk at Crede for R2.2k(incl R200 delivery).

Don't have ETA yet for delivery, but should be soon.

Happy to share as long as ppl bring own containers and cover costs. PM for details.

  • 2 weeks later...

Delivery company contacted me today re: 25l CO. Package is in their Jhb office, just waiting for them to get their act together and drop it off.

Good luck to everyone trying to eat healthily during the silly season. I failed and am paying the price (picked up weight and energy down the drain).

Merry Christmas all yea LCHF followers.

Just put 240km in the bank (hopefully earning interest), but here is the interesting part;

0 km - Bullet proof coffee

140 km - Cappuccino, 2 Fried Eggs & Bacon

200 km - Small packet salted peanuts and two small dry wors

220 km - Small apple

240 km - TOTAL KM

Never thought this would have been possible 6 months ago!

P.S. Oh yes ...... and only water

Jip, same here. Something else I noted was that I eat a lot more if I include carbs. I am constantly looking for something to snack on.

Hi guys

Sorry, don't have the time to go through all the pages. Is there a comprehensive book of recipes or a website that you guys would recommend for beginners. I don't need to read more about the science, just looking for a LCHF for dummies.

Thanks
