Maybe some one will know where I can take my global to be sharpened, I really do not want to kill it... :-/

My family own a blade sharpening business overseas. I bought a set of Zwilling Henckels knives when I visited them and they told me not to use the rod type knife sharpener. They recommended this one and it works well on my knives:

Don't know why Wusthof make sharpeners, I have a set of their knives and have yet to sharpen then after almost 4 years :D

But when I do sharpen knives I have a Lanskey knife sharpening kit. Seems to serve me well. Has a few different stones and you can sharpen at different angles which is nice for my fishing knives, Bait knife and fillet knife are different angles.
