Also seeded I .Last year my time was 3h20 on mtb ,Started from mm .No help and only traffic .Even with help it will be difficult on mtb but doable .This year on road bike .I am definitely going to try for sub 3h .Last year I slammed the roadies on the hills ,but got left on the flats .Keeping up on the flats just takes to much out of your legs ,unless you have high gearing ,like 42 sprocket in front ..If you are spent reaching the N14 .Your time reduces by 5 to 10km/h over the 2d half

Flying up tomorrow, means this is a higher altitude than what you're used to training in.

Take it easy in the first half of the ride.

You will be craving for oxygen later.
