Lady made fliers and put them in all the complexes in area and that is how he has been found.Guy is supposedly a doctor,builder,etc..

no matter what he claims to be, whether provoked or unprovoked, he should still be up for assault and there seems to be witnesses who will testify to this.

 

Do we have a name to shame, a social media facebook to troll, a place where he works, so that even if justice fails, a social stigma can be instigated... I for one would not let my wife/girlfriend or any member of my family be seen by him if he is a doctor.... and as such would also spread the word

No,they only got the guys details but not got hold of him yet.Already lawyers phoning in to ask if she got a medical report of injuries(I don't think she did) to strengthen her case.

I know off topic but how many cyclist were killed his year with NO justice.What will honestly happen to a guy who may have assaulted a woman?My first thought when I heard the story is she should of gone to hospital to get a report.

Best not to name and shame. Wait till he appears in court. Naming him prior to that could prejudice the case.

Just want to add that Marine Drive where this happened does not have any stop streets.There are only robots all along Marine Drive so either cyclist or motorist were seriously in the wrong.Somebody jumped a light?

Yes, hence what I am saying about not naming him. It would limit the already limited chance of a successful conviction and satisfactory sentence.

I hope he is a doctor because if he gets some jail time down there in the Cape he is gonna need to be his own gynaecologist after his wedding night in the cell.
