Paramedics on Tuesday said a cyclists was attacked by four men and stabbed in the chest and neck.

A woman sustained serious injuries after she was attacked and stabbed by four men on her way home, paramedics said on Tuesday.

Best Care Amublance Services spokesman, Xander Loubser said the incident happened around 18:00 in Wonderboom on Monday.

"It is believed the cyclist, in her 20s, was on her way home from work when four men attacked her and stabbed her before they made off with her bag. The woman was stabbed in the chest and neck."

Loubser said members of the public helped the woman and called for emergency services.

"The woman was treated on the scene before she was transported to a nearby hospital."

I think it's time that as a nation we realise that savage society (like ours currently is) cannot be governed by western law. There has to be some sort of relative punishment for violent crimes.

The lady in question will be fine. Her lung was punctured and leaked air into her chest cavity but both stab wounds missed all vital organs. I hope those ***** get caught.

I'm still furious about this. These people have no respect for life anymore.

 

Can you perhaps give us some more detail on where exactly this happened? I also cycle in that area sometimes (If the article is correct).
